Dennis Franck
Dennis Franck is an energetic speaker communicating the promises, hope, and unconditional love of the Lord with a positive and personable approach. With an understanding of the issues facing young adults today, he emphasizes the absolute necessity to develop yourself spiritually, emotionally, and relationally to become all that God intends for you to be. Dennis is well received by groups of all ages, lifestyles, and denominational backgrounds.
Dennis and his four younger siblings grew up in a Pastor's home in La Crosse, Wisconsin. He attended Dakota Wesleyan University in Mitchell, South Dakota and graduated with a major in Music, minors in Psychology and Business, and later attended North Central University in Minneapolis, MN for concentrated studies in Bible. He is currently pursuing a Masters Degree in Christian Ministries at the Assemblies of God Theological Seminary.
During his college years he met Jill, whom he later married. Dennis and Jill have two children, Tim and Jessica. Dennis is gifted vocally and on the keyboard and enjoys using his musical abilities to enhance his speaking ministry.
Dennis was a Youth and Music pastor before beginning 15 years as a full-time Young Adult/Single Adult Pastor in three churches. Following that, Dennis was an associate pastor for 6 years with an emphasis in Young Adult and Single Adult Ministries. He has spoken at area, regional and national conferences and retreats sponsored by churches of various denominations, and has written extensively on the issues of young adults and single adults in many Christian publications and several books. His first book, written to current and potential leaders in ministry to single adults will be published in early ‘07 by Baker Books.
Dennis was appointed the National Director of Young Adult/Single Adult Ministries for the Assemblies of God in Springfield, MO in July of 2000. His ministry includes the development of Young Adult and Single Adult Ministries on the district, regional and national level.
Vision Statement
Young Adult Ministries of the Assemblies of God promotes the need for and development of ministries to young adults on a local, district, regional and national level by networking, resourcing, and training existing and potential leaders working with young adults and their families of all types and ages.
