I hope and trust that you all had a wonderful Thanksgiving holiday.  Personally, I enjoyed three of my all time favorite activities...eating, sleeping, and watching football.  Often, Thanksgiving is considered to be a very relaxing holiday, however,  stress can quickly follow as the anticipation of Christmas amps up.  I heard a preacher mention this past weekend that depression and anxiety highly intensify between the weeks of Thanksgiving and Christmas.  Trying to balance work, family, ministry, shopping, parties, and much more can be exausting, but let's not forget how big of a weapon rest truly is.  While you're kicking back with your shoes off in front of the fire drinking some hot apple cider, check out the following links which will help empower you for ministry.
