The World Missions Summit is scheduled to be held from December 28–30, 2012 in Fort Worth, Texas. This event will include activities such as: Meal with a Missionary, Windows to the World, Gatherings, Prayer for the Nations, Interactive Exhibits, and Worship & Communion.

The second World Missions Summit, held at Duke Energy Center in Cincinnati, Ohio, is history, but its influence will continue. More than 775 young adults filled out cards committing to “give a year and pray about a lifetime” of missionary service. Seven young couples responded to the call, and eight people visited AGWM’s Personnel and Family Life exhibit to complete an application for short-term missions before they left the Summit.

Missionaries used ministry from God’s Word, music, visual and media presentations, individual conversations, and group interaction to clearly present the need to win the lost for Christ. After attending a “Window to the World” session highlighting Europe, a student said, “I had no idea that only 3 percent of Europe’s population claims to be Christians.”
